- On 23 Jan 1996 07:31:00 -0500, Richard Dana articulated:
- <> I have an A500, 500 xp harddrive, 3meg and a 2400 modem. Not much, but
- <> it's what I have, and I would like to be able to use a web browser and
- <> maybe even Amosaic. Is this even possible? Can someone tell me what I
- <> need to make this happen?
-
- Without at least Workbench 2.x, preferably 3.1, forget it.
-
- You could just get an Async/Shell account and use a normal
- terminal program on your A500. All the "hard" stuff would
- then be done on your ISP's computer. Forget about inline
- images on the WWW, though.
-
- Also, that modem will have to go! Get at least a 14.4k or,
- better yet, 28.8k.
